Hi, I’m Myriame

By cultivating a sense of togetherness, I work with individuals in Vancouver, BC faced with anxiety & depression, grief & loss, burnout, trauma, chronic health conditions and pain, and life transitions.

As a mental health counsellor, I have a passion for helping individuals lead a healthier lifestyle through mindfulness, resiliency building, and evidence-based practices.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.

I provide counselling in both English and French.
